Performance Analytics: Dashboard shows "no data available" for all tabs

Under dashboards I clicked on Incident management which has different tabs like Incident open, Incident new, Incident resolved. Under each tab different indicators are added but it does not display records, even though many incidents are present in the instance but it says "No data available" under all the tabs. Can someone help me to dig this issue...

Hello,



You should run the different jobs the first collect data.


Go to Jobs and on all of them, click on "Execute Now'. Your data should be available after that

The Run as user defined for the particular job may not be not be Active, change that to a Active user, then Execute the job.
