Hello,
We are wanting to set up permissions on Catalog Items. If it is possible to do by category and or catalogs that would be nice too. Main question is we don't see how to set permissions for fulfillers. Seems like "available for" might be what we are looking for but unsure how is applies to end users putting in tickets vs fulfillers completing tickets.
We don't want everyone with fulfiller to be able to see all catalog items and the contents but still want them to have the ability to submit a ticket of type if needed.

Hi @dustinjones ,
By using available for or user criteria we can hide catalog item from Service portal but after submitting a catalog item you do not want to some fulfillers to access the same in backend so for that you have two below options
1. Query Business Rule
2. ACL
Below thread will help you for sure:-
