Phone Icon doesn't appear on Agent Workspace

Hi, Can someone please help me out with the Twilio integration.
We are trying to integrate Twilio using the open frame plugin and it works fine on the backend but the call icon is missing on the agent workspace.
Any help or guidance is appreciatedfind_real_file.png

Followed the same link it works fine on the backend the issue is with the agent workspace.

Tried this as well but only the icon appears the pop-up box doesn't come up ie, the functionality isn't working it's kind of broken on the agent workspace.
