Pinning the knowledge articles as favourite in service portal

Hi Developer

How to mark articles as favorites in the Service Portal: the option to mark articles in the Employee Center Portal is available. Please refer to the screenshots below for reference.

Seems keep fav.is not available in SP but a user can subscribe

We found that you have to enable Favorites on each portal you want to use it in, E.g. /sp and /kb, but we do have it working for our SP.
When we only enabled it for /sp, if we went to /kb and searched the article, we were not able to see that heart button.
