Hi

Chanikya

CAB date:  If the form is configured to show the CAB required check box, select it to indicate that CAB approval is required before implementation.

The CAB date field in the change request is automatically updated with the date in the Meeting start time field of the CAB meeting form.

CAB Required: If the form is configured to show the CAB required check box, select it to indicate that CAB approval is required before implementation.

CAB Delegate : if the form is configured to show the CAB delegate field, select the user who attends the CAB meeting to describe the changee

Plan Start Date: Plan start date means, when your change request plan will start (Ex: today 8:00 o clock or after 24 hours or after 5min...etc )

Plan End Date: when your change request is ended( ex:after 48 hours..etc)

Please go through the below link it will help you:

Hi Haseena,

Thanks for your replay and for Valuable information,

please clarify on thing here, what is the difference b/w  Change Request -Assigned To , Requested By &   Change Task- Assigned To

Could you Please clarify that,

For Ex: As a Developer i just thought to create one change Request  , so now To how i have to take Change Request -Assigned To , Requested By &   Change Task- Assigned To

HI,

1)  Change Request - Assigned To: The person who is responsible for this change. We can say he is going to track this change. In ITIL terms we call it as Change Coordinator.

2) Requested By: Who has requested this change. You or ME .

3)  Change Task Assigned To: This is a person who is responsible for that task. Suppose i have a implementation task then i will be responsible to do that implementation and then close this task so that Change Coordinator can move the change future.

Thanks,
Ashutosh Munot
