Plugin Expiry & Update Tracking

Hi All,

A scheduled job is required to identify plugins that have expired or have updates available.

The system should trigger a notification containing the relevant plugin details

whenever an expiry or update is detected.

Please suggest??

Hi @sidharthaa,

I am not sure that plugins have expiry date (never saw it and now I cannot find it either), could you possibly elaborate on that expiration thingy?

YOu might take a look at this table

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_upgrade_app_version_history_list.do to compare against the latest version

Hi @sidharthaa,

The plugin does not have the expiry date, although there can be applications that need updates, so you can do that in the plugin.
