We recently cloned an instance over another one using the System Clone plugin. We've done this in the past as well but this time, for some reason, all the plugins were inactivated in the target instance. Other features from the source instance seem to have been cloned normally.
The only difference I can think of compared to our last clone was that the two instances were on different versions this time - source on Berlin Hotfix 4, target on Berlin (no hotfix). Could that have been the cause?
