We have a dual approval process that first required the managers approval then the IT mgmt team makes the second approval. During the second approval we require the Assigned To and Assignment Group to be completed.
I'm trying a new workflow that will require the first approval then there is a Catalog Task then the Second approval. The second approval populates the Assigned To and Assignment Group but the approval still requires these fields to be completed even though they are completed. If we re-enter the value, the flow works.
Any suggestions would be appriviated.
