Post button is not visible on sc_task

Hello. The Post button next to Additional Comments, in the Notes section on the SC_task form is not showing on open an catalog task form. No seeing any UI Action for this button or any UI Policies that would hid this button. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@DreDay3000 POST is not a UI action and it cannot be hidden from UI policy.

 Refer  SN support article to fix this: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1637960 

 

If this does not fix, check if you have access to write this record(ACLs).

Hello Raghav, actually this did not resolve the issue

@DreDay3000 did the button disappear again?

 

Is this for all sc_task records?

Is this happening for all users on all records? 

yes, I tested in a lower environment and when I moved the change to the affected environment, the button still was not showing. So far I can see that this is affecting sc_task and change
