Hi All,
Solutions built using Similarity Framework are available in Agent Workspace.
How can they be made available in Platform or Native UI?
I could not spot a way to activate the same.
Thanks,
Vinitha

Hi Both,
Thank you so much for enlightening with the links.
Actual config that helped is "Search on Tab" to be enabled. This was missing in the instance.
Thanks,
Vinitha

Hi
You can use Predictive Intelligence wherever you use Java Script. For example UI actions/UA Macros on forms, business rules, or include scripts.
The below K20 Predictive Intelligence lab walks you through the steps to enable the business rule so that you can use it on your incident form.
Refer to this post to see, how it looks : https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=c0cd0fd4db0fd0d066f1d9d96896...
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hello,
Go to 'Table Configuration', search for your module entry with 'Related search result' text and open Search context link in new tab
2) In Search context form and under 'Additional resources configuration' related list add you Predictive intelligence definition by clicking on 'Edit' button
Mark my answer as correct if that helps

Hi Vinita,
Can you share from where you enabled "Search On Tab".
