I tried to create on predictive intelligence - classification phase. while i am try to test in operator workspace is not working.
Can anyone help me out what I missed to configure.

Please speak to your ServiceNow Representative to get a Developer instance, and not a Personal Developer instance (PDI).

You need to speak to your SN account manager in your organization , who can help you to get the Dev instance ( Client / officials instance , client specific)
