Present only Closed successful Change requests (in the last 12 months) in the standard CHG (RP)

Hi servicenow team , 

                              I need to display only closed changes which are from the last 12 months in the sample change request field on a standard change Record producer.( Refer the screenshot below )

I looked into the variable to make the changes as per the requirement , but the list reference is configured in the Macro page which is the OOB variable (Sample Change Requests) & macro (std_chg_glide_list_change_requests) .

Iam not sure how i can acheive my requirement through this macro or if there is any way to tackle that
