Not sure if anyone has done this yet, but I am looking to somehow prevent an approval email from a specific catalog item from being sent to the delegate of the approver. Is this possible?
The use-case is that we have a sensitive catalog item with approvals that we want only the actual approver to be able to approve. If the approver has set up a delegate, we do not want the delegate being able to approve this kind of catalog item request.
I've browsed and searched through the Community forums and haven't found one that blocks the approval email from being sent to the delegate.
