Is there anyone who knows the details about the importing knowledge article from word files functionality?
I would like to call the function to import a word file attached to a record.
My requirements is to send the sentences in the file to Azure AI and get its summary.
However, the AI has no capability to read the content in a file.
So, I am thinking to import the file to a knowledge article first and then get and parse the content to string before sending it to AI.
If you know better way, please let me know
