Prevent linking new incident to closed problems

Hi Team,

 

The selected problem is inactive and problem creation date/time is earlier than the incident creation date/time, then motif the user  with this message

”the problem is already closed and cannot be reopened ”

criteria 2-:

need to update an associated incident into a closed problem record then I need to remove the button ‘New’ to block tagging incident from the problem form and edit button on the incident related list has a filter list of only incidents created before the current problem creation date and time.

 

please provide the solution. Thanks in advance.

on the problem form we have incident related tab when we click on that edit option the incident related list has a filter list of only incidents created before the current problem creation date and time. Please give me suggestion on this. Thank you in advance.
