Price field is showing something different in the service portal

Hi,

Price field is showing something different in the service portal

 

I have a variable in my catalog item name is correct price which is single line text field type but if i open it is showing something different.

If i open the item in ITIL View it is showing as expected.

Please help me out the reason behind it.

Hello Kranthi,

Just to make sure I fully understand:

Both screens are using the same catalog item with the same variable type, but are showed differently?
Can you provide full screenshots please
