seems by default Data lookup matrix mapping not avaiable on fresh client instance

Hi @Sachithananda 1 

 

 

I tested it in my PDI, and it’s working fine—could be a caching issue. Try changing something in the priority table and saving again. Are you on a problem model?

yes i checked on Problem table and even on Incident its not working
