We are going thought a project to update or implementation. We are looking for other have used in problem management for category and subcategory. Did you use the same as incident? Or did you use something completely different and if so what were they?

Hi @Brian Lancaster ,

 

In the majority of my implementations, the Problem Categories/Subcategories were configured to be the same as the Incident ones. The reason for this choice was to maintain consistency and alignment between the processes.
