Hi,
The "problem_manager" should be enough for this as well.
Thanks

Hi Abhisek,
To move the problem from Assess state to Root Cause Analysis you need to has role: admin, problem_admin, problem_manager, or problem_coordinator.
Besides, please make sure that the plugin Problem Management Best Practice — Madrid — State Model (com.snc.best_practice.problem.madrid.state_model) is activated to get the new best practice states and guided actions to navigate the lifecycle of a problem.
Then if the problem is valid and requires a resolution, click the Confirm button. After you confirm that the problem needs investigation and a resolution, the problem enters the Root Cause Analysis state.
Please mark my response as correct/helpful as applicable!
