Hi Team,
I am attending "ServiceNow Application Developer Core Skills" and completed Introduction to App Engine Studio". However when i started doing "Playbooks and Process Automation Designer Fundamentals (Rome). there i need to go into "Process Automation Designer". But i do not find it in my Instance.
when i checked the documentation, it says we need to enable pulgins "com.glide.pad.license". is it required a special subscription?
How can we proceed can anyone help me out on this.
really appreciate your any inputs that help me to complete this step.
Regards,
Bhaskar Palle

Hi
You are correct , as per Activate Process Automation Designer Documentation , you need to enable plugins "com.glide.pad.license".
you'll need to purchase a subscription to the Now Platform App Engine. To purchase this subscription, contact your ServiceNow account manager. Your account manager can arrange to have the plugin activated on your organization's production instance.
If you are Practicing in your PDI, then it's available in the plugins, you don't need to buy subscription for that, see my instance :

Go to your plugin list and check if that plugin is activated or not. (plugin: Process Automation Designer)
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful. If it resolved the issue, please mark it as correct.

Thanks Mark. I am able to install the plugin successfully.
One more question - I started creating a New process under Process automation designer, when i am creating it is mentioned as to select "Incident" table. But I am unable to find the Incident in the dropdown list of the Table.
Is that something i need to create an Incident table in the App Engine Studio while creating Safety table?
Please assist if possible.
Thanks
Bhaskar
