Promote to major incident popup in SOW

Hi,

I need some guidance regarding the "Promote to Major Incident" popup in Service Operations Workspace (SOW).

Currently, when I click the Promote to Major Incident button from the Incident record in SOW, a popup dialog is displayed before the incident is promoted.

 

My requirement is to add an additional field to this popup, for example, the Work Notes field.

I started looking for the configuration and initially checked the UI Pages, but I couldn't find any UI Page that appears to be used by the SOW popup. I did find a UI Page related to the same functionality for the Native UI, but it doesn't seem to be used in Service Operations Workspace.

Hi @Mk_snow 

• Navigate to System UI > UI Pages and open mim_workbench_promote 

• Locate the section inside the HTML panel where the input fields needs to add
