Can anyone please help me on this how to break the lines so that it will show correctly in service portal.
I have one variable of type select box. I need to give break between lines in question. In self service it is showing correctly as shown in question. But in service portal it is coming in one line.
You can use the annotation to add other part as help text and make it always opened for user.
Hope this will resolve your issue.

I am not sure if we will be able to achieve the above req on the portal without some Workaround and If you are looking for some Work Around .
1st Work Around :
You can achieve via creating Rich text Label - ( In which you can keep your question) & After that you can create a select Box which will have the values.

Using annotation,
