Hello,
I have been trying to configure push notifications to be sent from our demo instance, but unfortunately they all get stuck in 'Pending'. The relevant Push Notification plugins are activated and the glide.push properties are also configured. The notifications preferences are in place and the push notification channel is enabled. The connection to the device and app is working since I am able to send Connect messages and the Notification Devices and Push Notification Installations have the right details.
The push notification is configured on the incident table and it is sent when a new record is inserted or updated and it uses a message configured on the ServiceNow Mobile Application, with a Generic Record Payload. Looking at the generated notifications all the details seem to be there, including instance_id, message, registration_ids, etc. Unfortunately the system log does not provide any info, no errors or anything.
Any ideas are more than welcomed. Thank you!
Paul

You seem to be checking the right places. Are you receiving push notifications for other tables besides Incident? I've occasionally had similar issues and those issues have usually fell into one of the below domains... you could check the things below and see if they help at all.
1. I had the push notification channel (ServiceNow Mobile Application) enabled but the notification itself was not marked green for push notification for whatever reason... I'd double check to make sure the notification itself is marked.
2. The mobile app is not connected to the demo instance, or whatever instance you are testing on.
3. The notification settings on your phone for the mobile app were turned off
