Query Business Rule Restricting Flow designer

Hi Team,

We have created a Query business rule to showcase the assigned RITMs to certain Group members only.

We are creating RITM using the flow designer and we are assigning the RITM to a group which we have already mentioned in the query business rule. Because of the display condition the sub sequent SC tasks are not getting created and we are getting an error like No valid req item found.

Note : Request and RITM are creating only tasks are not getting created

is run as system user set in the flow properties?

Hi @Manoj50 are you passing the correct ritm sysid on the catalog task?

also run flow as system user

The flow is running in the System User only

Can you exclude the admin role to see if system can run the steps. Else, you may have to run this flow with users who have the RITM access
