Hi @ManikantaK75722 ,
Great to hear that you're starting your journey with ServiceNow! I recommend beginning with the basics you can find plenty of introductory courses on the ServiceNow Community and YouTube. These resources will help you build a solid foundation.
Start by logging into ServiceNow University and taking the "Welcome to ServiceNow" course — you’ll earn a micro-certification upon completion.
Next, work towards the Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
Once you're comfortable with the basics, dive into the ITSM (IT Service Management) module. It's a core module and will give you a strong foundation to understand other modules in ServiceNow more effectively.

Welcome to ServiceNow and ServiceNow community!
ServiceNow has much more for self-learning from ServiceNow university, here you will get lots of course, learning paths for most of the free of cost. Self-paced training with immediate hands-on practice in your own free developer instance from developer.servicenow.com. This is your personal ServiceNow environment—a safe sandbox where you can build, explore, and break things without consequence.
Go to ServiceNow's Now Learning portal and enroll in the "ServiceNow Fundamentals" learning path. This course is your official introduction to the platform's core concepts.
After finishing the fundamentals, pick a primary area of interest. The most common paths are:
ITSM: This is the most popular application and the best starting point for most. You'll learn how to manage Incidents, Problems, Changes, and the Service Catalog.
Application Development: If you want to build custom applications and processes, this is your path. You'll focus on tools like Studio, Flow Designer, and Scripting (JavaScript).
Deep Dive and get certified. First you can aim for CSA certifiation. Engange with servicenow community and search for your questions and and explore the different spaces.
Thanks,
Bhimashankar H
