Question and Answer (Marked Answers) Solution in SNOW

Hello,

I am curious if ServiceNow offers a Question and Answer feature similar to what is available in this SNOW Community site? I did a search in the community, but all that comes up are answers about this Community Site. I desperately want a solution allowing my users to ask questions and let my team or other users answer the question. The MS Teams' solution is killing me with the constant notifications, poor search capability, and difficulty keeping track of questions vs discussion. 

Any alternate recommendations if it does not exist would be greatly appreciated as well.

You can try survey management in servicenow for question and answering if it is feasible for you

Thanks, but I'm really looking for something equivalent to the Community solution. It would appear this is only a sales force solution. I can't find anything else equivalent in msft teams or SharePoint or Atlassian

Then I guess you need to really brain storm one custom solution which would be a really cool feature if it exactly like community

What is the name of the community product that ServiceNow utilizes, which I am currently using as I type this message? Is it a third-party product, or is it developed by ServiceNow? If it's developed by ServiceNow, is it accessible to customers?
