Question on Content Type in Attachment Table

Hello Folks,

I have a question on content types filed in the attachment table, When i upload an attachment either in incident or request form how the file name, content type, Table name are copied in attachment table. Especially how the content type is being decided if upload .docx content type automatically display   "application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document" if i upload .png file in incident form automatically content type in attachment table displays image/jpg where are this values given???

Hi,

This is handled via a Script include named "Attachment" . Below is the link for the same:

In the above link,replace "instance" with your instance name.
