How to insert my html page into servicenow, that should be accessible from internet when click the link.

Hi Keerthiga,
You can create a UI page and that should be visible to via internet but with SN login.
You can also make it public then it does not need any authentication.

Hi Keerthiga,
You can create a HTML page from the Content Management -> Sites.
1. Create a New Site
2. From the Created Site, under Related Links, Pages Tab, Create a New Page.
3. From the pages screen, under related links, click the "Edit Page" to put your content here.
4. You can click "View Page" to see the page and copy the URL for using it externally
