"Next record" arrow is not working as expected

A report was created on SCTASKs, and when trying to use the next record arrow, it is not going to the next SCTASK in the report.  This was working according to the user until a month or two ago.

I did find KB0856341 that reports it was a problem a year ago, but I don't see any other updates on it.  So this may still be a known issue.

Anyone have anything to suggest to get the arrow to work as expected again?
