"SHOW" link missing on masked catalog variable

Masked variables on my catalog item are missing the SHOW link to unmask the item for the fulfiller. Admin can see it but not the fulfiller.

Fulfiller is member of assignment group and has ITIL role.

Field is not locked to any roles.

ITIL, or at least who you want to see it, would also need the role: catalog_view_masked

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement Show/Hide buttons in Masked Fields should Visible to Assignment Groups with ITIL Role After Ticket Closes.

This issue started with the Tokyo upgrade. Please note that SNOW admins still see the show/hide information;

other assignment groups and user with catalog_view_masked role are not able to see show/hide selection . It is visible while the request is open, but is removed once the request is closed. Kindly provide your suggestions.
