Random accounts getting an error "Invalid requested resource path" using MS Teams integration

Have some random accounts that are getting the message "Invalid Requested Resource Path" when trying to Start a Microsoft Teams Chat from any record within ServiceNow, either from SOW or Default View.
Have gone through the steps mentioned in the article below but still doesn't work, does anyone else have any ideas?
