RCA type Problem task creation should allow only on RCA state in problem using ACL

RCA type Problem task creation should allow only on problem RCA state and that should allow only if the logged in user have the problem manager role using ACL. guide me on this

Hi Abbasshaik4, Thanks for the response I'll tell you the exact requirement 

we can bale to create the problem tasks form problem table right. the RCA task should be create only on parent problem RCA state and user who have the problem_manager or problem_coordinator role they only can be able to create. we have OOB ACL's that's are allowing ITIL users to create the problem..

second scenario, the General problem task should allow to create only by this problem_manager or problem_coordinator role users till new to fix in progress state. 

In both scenarios we should stop ITIL user to create the task

Thanks for the response. I'll tell you exactly what is happening

Requirement: we can able to create the problem task record form problem. 

Scenario 1: only user with problem manager role can be able to create the task. we should allow RCA task creation only when the parent problem in RCA state. 

Scenario 2: Only user with problem manager role can be able to create the task. we should allow General task creation should be create till FIX in progress state.

I have created the same ACL which you suggested still it's allowing the ITIL users to create the task . filed are read only but still they can able to submit the form.

We have 00B ACL's to allow ITIL users to create the task. 

please test it with ITIL user. please help me to rectify this
