READ Only Access that doesn't consume a license?

Looking for some help.  Do we have the ability to grant read only access to a table?  Here's the ask:

I can grant the procurement user role to a user but the user role has some edit capabilities.  I don’t see a role that would let me grant read only access.  Some of the procurement team, simply to see the modules listed below, have been granted general admin because a procurement user and procurement admin didn’t give them the ability to see everything needed.  

We also would like to add read only access to purchase orders to non-ITIL users (non license consuming)

 

Is this possible through configuration?

Hello!

 

There is a plugin that is called "Read-Only User Role" with the description, "Enable Read-Only user role functionality." Here is the documentation.

 

*Note: This plugin + role is intended to be supplemental to other roles. You may need to do some further digging in regards to licensure around this role.
