read only roles for email logs and ability to view interaction record

Need Access to report on interaction records
Read-only role to incident email log

  • I have edited acl read-only on sys_email_log table.
  • I have created and added new role to that acl
  • I have created one group and added that role to that group
  • Still it is not working

Have you added that role to module as well?

Are you referring to the system mailbox? If so you would need the following: admin, email_account_admin. 

To view the interaction module in the LNB you would need the following roles: admin, interaction_agent
