Records are showing empty in approvers list

The approver can't see some of the records in the approvals list table , which are all related to knowledge articles. i am attaching the screen shots . when i click on the "requested" for empty records then it shows the records like in the second screen shot. So can any one suggest why it was happened & what's the solution. also the approver is also the owner of the knowledge base. & we are using the workflow as "knowledge-approval publish".
