Admin role is like super power, if you give admin role , user can delete any stuff in instance. So avoid giving admin role. Best option is Custom role.

Sorry mate, I dont have ACL. Please check OOTB ACL , if build in logs table and add this role or better create a new ACL and add new custom role.
