Record Producer not displaying on Portal Page

Hiya Guys

I logged this issue to HI by they advise they couldn't help and to reach out to the community.

I have created three new record producers (using the "copy" functionality of the OOTB record producers for; propose a standard change template, modify a standard change template and retire a standard change template)

I have linked my copies to different pages within the Service Catalogue and I'm getting this error;This is one of the new record producers that i have created (the example below is to propose a template):

When i click on "Try it" from the record producer view, i can see the form.. it works fine. It just seems to be the portal that's the issue? Any ideas?

Can you check the portal setting tab on the record producer to see if something stands out?

Hi,

I could see 1 Available For User Criteria for that in the related list.

Possibly that is restricting that record producer on portal

please check what is that criteria
