Hi,
I have the details of sys_id but not sure about the details of table or the record.
How can I get table and record details with the sys_id details ?
Regards,
Siva Teja B

Hi
You can install the SN Utils - Tools for ServiceNow browser extension and just search with the sys_id.
It will gives you the correct record. This is the simplest way to get records using sys_id.
If my response helps to solve your issue. Kindly mark it as helpful & correct. It will be helpful for future readers.

I have the SN Utils. How can I search with the sys_id to find it using the browser extension? What am I missing?
Thanks,
Amy
