Redirecting to blank page when selecting from recently viewed in portal pages

Hi Community,

I’m facing an issue with the Recently Viewed section from search type ahead component in Employee Center.

When I select a link from the Recently Viewed list, it redirects to a blank page instead of opening the corresponding record.

I had previously come across a KB article related to this issue, but unfortunately, I’m unable to find it now.

Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, could you please share the KB article link or suggest any workaround/fix for this issue?

Try repair the plugin ocne and check
