Redirecting to service-now.com

It seems that we cannot redirect to Service-now.com using domain name something like this: service-now.ourdomain.com.
Can I found somewhere in the documentation that this feature is disabled or should it be possible?

Hi Aaron,



Long time you posted this one, but i have an additional question. We are looking at establishing an integration with SAP (SAP Resolve). One of their requirement is to communicate with an URL having a domain that we own (from the post here over, this seems possible) and to use X.509 certificates for authentication, this is that second step that i'm worried about. Do you see any challenges setting this up as well (we are using F5).
