Hi All,
I have created new workspace for a scoped application. When a record is opened in workspace, so much space is occupied (vertical line in the below image). Also, can we control what can be populated in the place of Request state, Price and Due date.
Can anyone please guide me on this.
Thank you in Advance

Hi @Nagashree5 ,
The space which you have is a expected behaviour, you don't need to change that.
But, yes you can control what's being displayed under REQ number like Request state, Price and Due date.
To achieve it, you will need to Navigate to Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings> UX Form Header> Search for you respective Table and open the record, for example :
1. I have taken CSM/FSM workspace for example, below is the Case View:
2. I am Navigating to Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings> UX Form Header> Table : "sn_customerservice_case"
3. Open the Record from the above step and make sure you are in the correct Application Scope else, you won't be able to see "New" button in the related List:
From the above view, you can set your "Primary" and "Secondary " Fields
4. I am going to add another secondary field, Clicked on the "new" button on the related list for Secondary Values:
5. Submit

Hi @Community Alums.,
Thank you for the clear explanation.
But I'm unable to see the custom workspace records in this table here.
It is only showing the OOB ones. Do I need to create one for my workspace?
