Reference qualifier in servicenow

Hi
In my CatLog item there is two reference field "Business Unit", "Sub BU", both are referred to one table (attached in below). In portal when choose "Select BU you are requesting for" is 'Accelara' then "Select Sub BU you are requesting for" will show 'Accelera E- Mobility' and 'Accelera Electrolyzers'.
I am trying to create on change client script and call Script include for getting field 2 value based on field 1 . Please give me any corresponding script for that.
