Regarding Change Approval

Hi Team,

 

I got a requirement for change module if "a,b,c" are level 1 approvals and "a" approved it. And same "a,b,c" are approvers at 2nd level of approvals. Now, "a" should not approve and we should restrict him to approve. And others in group should approve.

 

Any idea how to implement this, is this possible ?
