Regarding Community Portal and Appointment Booking

We have ServiceNow ITSM Standard licenses on shared MSP instance and would like to know if we can activate Appointment booking feature and Community Forum on Service Portal. pls guide how to proceed

To understand better, are you in a separate domain environment? Also, if I'm not mistaken, the feature of  community forum and appointment booking is on the CSM side, not ITSM.
