Regarding the trigger for the Notification "Problem Closed inform Opener"

As per the title, the "when to send" condition for "Problem Closed inform Opener" is set to "Trigger".
I've checked the Flows, but I couldn't find anything that corresponds to this notification.
Does anyone know when this notification is triggered?

Check if out of box flow & notification action exist for Problem Closed condition. If not, this notification will not be triggered. You can create a flow and use this notification as part of action which in turn will trigger email notifications,

the notification is triggered possibly from some flow or subflow or flow action as it's configured with Send when "Triggered"
