Related Incidents in Problem Tickets

Hi Help,

Good day. I need to create report showcasing all the related Incidents of various problem tickets. How to proceed further.

I need to showcase all the Incidents shown in Incidents Tab within the problem ticket. Please help.

Hello @Bh2 ,

you can create a bar type report on incident table and group it by problem with a condition as problem is not empty so that you will see all the incidents list in individual bar under respective problems like below
