Are you able to add the Related Search Results option to the Request Item form? We currently have the Search Knowledge option available on both the Incident and Request Item forms and would like to change them over to the Related Search Results option.
I have updated the Incident form by adding the Contextual Search Results (Formatter) option to the form within Form Design and it is displaying correctly on the Incident form but it does not display at all on the Request Item form even though it has been added with the Form Design area. It still displays the Search Knowledge button. I have tried moving it to other areas within the form but it still does not make any difference.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Please do the below:-
Go to table configuration under contextual search in related list:-
List view will open click on new:-
Create a record for RITM table:-
Then it will appear on RITM form:-
Remember to have the short description field also on RITM for as it would use that to search contextual search.
Please mark my answer as correct based on Impact.
