Remove Live Chat from Customer Portal

Hi,

I want to remove the Live Chat from portal page. This is not available in CSM Header Menu. Can some one help me with this.

Hi,

you have to make it empty the value of the field Chat Queue in the Portal form.

Hi,

You need change the Header menu widget  from Menu Item .

If the above solution does not work (e.g. CSM portal) you can go to Service Portal --> Agent Chat (sp_agent_chat_config.list) then disable which Agent Chat you do not want to show.

This is the only correct solution (appropriate) solution.
