On the servicenow ITSM forms like incident, problem and change, there are few mandatory fields. On those mandatory fields, question mark icon is there with the default help text like (mandatory- preloaded with saved data). Can we remove the the default help text from those field or can we modify that text.
Is this the right approach to do this modifications ?
Also whenever we add any hint message to any field it show after that default message.
