I have a requirement. When an email is received from a reply, it shows the original email ID in the email sent.
I need to remove the original email address from this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Example: 
I need to remove the highlighted email ID from the reply email.
I tried making update in the "insert_original_email_message" mail script (changes made in the function within the script by removing the email id part) but not working. Any suggestions would be a great help.
